Home builders wishing to use the Website to list and promote the new home designs on offer;
Potential home buyers wishing to use the Website to search, compare, shortlist review and select the home designs listed on the Website and to contact the home builders in relation to these home designs to get a detailed quote through our website.
In order to source a quote, you will be required to create an account with findahomebulder.com.au.
When creating your Account, you will be asked to provide your personal details. This information will assist us in providing the services associated with the Website to you.
You warrant that all information and data provided by you in the registration of your Account is accurate, complete and up to date. You will promptly inform Findahomebuilder if there is any change to this information or data.
If you are a Home Buyer, you may contact the builder of a particular home design by signing in to your Account (which includes entering your Password), and selecting the home or homes which you would like to enquire about. The Website will then generate an email containing all the details of the particular home (including your selected detailed requirements and inclusions) and your contact details. These details will then be sent to the builder to generate a detailed quote You may be asked to re-enter or confirm your name and contact details (such as your email address or phone number) before the Website is able to generate this email and quote for you.
If you are a Builder, in order for you to upload your details, plans and designs you will be required to contact admin@Findahomebuilder .com.au.
You agree that you will not share your Password or let anyone else access your Account or do anything that would risk the security of your Account.
If you choose to do so Findahomebuilder will not in any event be liable for any loss, damage, claims, costs or expenses arising out of the use or misuse of your Password and Account, and you will indemnify Findahomebuilder against all loss, damage, claims, costs or demands in this regard.
You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access or use of your Account.
You agree that if we disable or terminate your Account for any reason, you will not create another one without our permission, whether through the use of your own personal details or those related to you or created by you.
